Ocean Child Precinct

Taylored Corp developed this project from site selection through all stages to completion and handover to purchases.

The Ocean Child Precinct was a new and modern development that Taylored Corp brought to Geelong. Setting the bar for future development, the Ocean Child Precinct consisted of 11 Architecturally Designed warehouse over three sites. The various sizes created flexible spaces that suited a wide range of uses that catered for the owner occupiers and tenants business needs.
