Taylored Corp is a flexible, privately owned property development business, specialising in putting together ‘Taylored teams’ to yield the most efficient and innovative results. We are based in Melbourne and our people have an established track record with projects in and around the city’s CBD and greater Victorian region.

From small house and land developments through to high-rise residential and commercial buildings, we can provide end-to-end solutions or simply manage one or several phases of the process. We coordinate an experienced team of consultants and field experts to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from concept to completion to handover.

Geoff Taylor

Managing Director Geoff Taylor began his career in the development industry in 2006, when he joined a Melbourne based property development company. As a Projects Manager, Geoff completed many high-rise residential projects, delivering more than 600 apartments in prime inner-city locations and dealing with both local and overseas investors. In 2016, he established Taylored Corp.

Geoff began his career in the manufacturing industry at The Ford Motor Company in Geelong. Starting as an apprentice, he soon became a leader in managing large scale production tool design and build projects. After 20 years working in the auto-manufacturing industry, Geoff’s passion for property development, and the desire to create living spaces for people is what turned him towards a career change. He decided to join a Melbourne based company and persue a career in property development.

Geoff has studied at Geelong’s Gordon Institute and at Deakin University. In 2014 he further developed his management skills at New York’s Columbia University. He describes himself as a practical and hands-on person who values personal loyalty. Outside of work, you’ll find Geoff spending time in the country, keeping fit at the gym or hitting the hills on his mountain bike.

What we do.

Taylored Corp has two primary business divisions: our own development projects and development management on behalf of our clients.

Development Projects

This division of Taylored Corp develops projects in joint venture with private investors or like-minded organisations. We can assess the feasibility of projects, handle capital raising and manage the project through to completion to optimise returns for local or overseas investment partners. We also develop our own projects, delivering high quality living spaces.

Development Management

If you have a real estate project in mind, Taylored Corp can make it happen for you. You can profit from our expertise in managing the whole project, from inception to completion. Alternatively we’re happy to handle just one part of the process.
