Taylored Corp Project Managed the development from design creation through to Planning Permit approval and Marketing material on behalf of the client.

Bruce is situated just a hop step and jump from Sydney Road Brunswick, schools, universities, sporting facilities, Medical centres and even the Zoo.

The projected comprised of 40 clever one- and two-bedroom apartments across five levels, many including two bathrooms or study areas. A landscaped roof garden provided private areas for occupiers to share with neighbours and friends. From the bathroom tiles to the taps and door handles, everything has been well chosen to effortlessly blend function and form, so needless to say quality fixtures and fittings are a given.
